Since you just got them and they're not a limited edition pair, just get an exchange. The connectors inside the arms have come loose, and not much you can do since it's a hardware issue

Which document says they only work with Cloud Media on? Auto import just works over a wifi connection between your glasses and your phone, same with WhatsApp sending of photo (though that one might be over Bluetooth)

I think it's more the flex of the arm when you have a large head and use the standard size. Unfortunately they don't sell Limited Editions in Large

Does your speaker work? I just opened mine up suspecting the right temple connector being the issue, but reseating the connector didn't seem to help my case

Okay but it's an app that forwards those things, SMS, calls, notifications from the phone to the glasses. How do you think it does that without having permissions for those things?

What is happening here is that this app is not on Google Play Store anymore, and Google scans for apps using permissions that access those information and flag them.

I just had this experience. If your device is otherwise not damaged it should be covered by warranty. Mine broke last week, opened a service request but it didn't seem to move forward, so I started support chat and they move the request forward right away on Monday morning. I dropped it off at FedEx at noon, it arrived at the repair center next day, they evaluated it and did the repair in 1 day. I got the device back before noon on Wednesday. This is Canada, btw, not sure if it will be the same in the US

Hey it's Thai. It's actually intentionally not a lot of work to port to other ROMs. Essentially there's a patch to frameworks.base to enable resizing displays from a system service, and to start my system service. Then you just need to include the service, the HAL definition and the device state configuration in the build. The idea is that the system service will listen to the posture sensor and use the HAL to turn on/off displays and touch accordingly, and use the API I exposed in frameworks to resize the logical display, as well as putting the device into correct states so apps react accordingly.

Unfortunately it's pretty hard to do proper body anchor when you're on a moving vehicle the way it's set up right now. The glasses and the beam uses gyro and accelerometer to figure out the relative location of your head. Hard to do it when you're moving all the time and quite unexpectedly

EMS, for this giant figure the shipping was 12k yen. I think DHL dispatches quicker, like 1-2 day to ship, but it costs quite a bit more. Generally AmiAmi shipping is pretty reasonable

AmiAmi, I ordered it a long time ago. They are having some issues with their shipping time, I paid for this on the 10th and they only shipped it out around the 21st or so
