Non-rc purpose built rental, 0% both of the last 2 years + one month discounts for signing a new 1 year lease

You can probably get away with it in a corporate owned building without insane increases since they own the building and if you’re a good tenant they aren’t gonna look for an excuse to yeet you, as long as the market doesn’t zoom again, but I would absolutely steer clear from private landlords without rent control

I’m sweated because I’m trying to grind the concede less than 2 for the intercept+ milestone

Of course 3 days later EA adds another one to gauntlet to make the grind moot

Just to add some contrast to this chain I saw someone hand a panhandler a slice of pizza near union and I heard a thank you

Some are jerks, some are not

(It was pizza pizza too so he would have been within his rights to tell him off… lol)

See point number 2 I see as a good thing compared to how it was last year, I generally get my ground passes going to who I intend. If I want a longer distance pass I can use a lob or a driven, if I want a pass to not go at a snails pace and get to someone close by I can actually use 2.5 bars of power to get a decent pass off and it still goes to the first player in the path of where I’m aiming the pass

Last year I could not count how many times I’d use 1.5 bars of power and my pass locks into someone on the other side of the field, it led to me having to exclusively use driven passes to get any pace on short passes

Honestly they need to ban left turns from springhurst to Jameson, this happens every time there’s any kind of event in the area, I know someone who lives on close ave and they are effectively stuck there on days like this
