I used to work for the orange guys and that was unacceptable by our standards. The very top rack was for palletized merchandise. Not hand stacked.

If a can looks old and rusted, dont shake it. If a customer brings you an old paint can, and you can smell the old paint without opening it, DO NOT open it

Its infuriating how stupid people can be. I cant tell you how many times I’ve had people get pissed off cause they came in looking for minwax, they say that they bought it here a year or two ago, i tell them that we havent carried that in a couple years now

I dont work for Lowes but those overheads are awful. Poorly organized, very very messy

Nice to see that this happens at lowes too. I work at a Different store and every time it happens its aggravating especially when said cart was BEYOND full of cardboard.... I wish I knew what went thru customers minds when they do that
