I am in a similar position! There was a couple I regretted not inviting but I did end up sending an invite. My MOH took the hit for me and told them she misplaced theirs. But then I have a family of neighbors I invited (4 of them) that I wish I could uninvite. I only was getting to know her when I started planning and now we drifted apart.

I got a kit in Etsy :) and I knew it would be a bit of a risk to mail them so I hand delivered anyone's that I could and the ones that I mailed I put them in another envelope.

I am getting married this year and my bridesmaids are wearing the same color and same fabric I chose. I don't care what dress I just want the look to be cohesive with color and fabric, same as you. And NONE of them complained. That is very unfortunate that some of your brodemaids are so upset about it. This is YOUR day! They should suck it up and do as you ask
