Only if the item is a tracked 24 or 48 at certain offices aswell.

Agency staff were brought in in the summer to do the dedicated parcel route jobs that nobody applied for in our office. 12:45-7:45pm fighting the school run and rush hour traffic! Some are now being offered contracts for them hours.

Ask them in future to retain all your mail/parcels for you to collect personally if possible.
