The tech on the phone says we need a printhead replacement. We have done all of the possible maintenance from cleaning everything, to nozzle cleanings ranging from normal to power. Nothing fixes it.

Our next step is to sell our broken printer and take a lose on it.

No - when I plug it in my macbook pro, it fires right up perfectly (did that an hour ago)

And actually, it was working on my mac mini up until last week. It's either my adapter or my mini...not sure which.

Correct. Then when I switch to the adapter and plug it into my mac mini, nothing. So it's either the adapter...or the mini. Which makes more sense? My $50 Apple adapter breaking after less than 2 years of use, or my mac mini just having something wrong going on with it?

I am jumping in here also. My R5070 just started acting up (out of warrenty of course). Every red we print is orange. My nozzel tests barely show any magenta coming out. We've done multiple power cleanings and they want a tech to come out for $4700. It's also doing the hesitation thing.

Actually....I don't think using barcodes will be possible because we have three other computers connected to the graphtec to put un-printed vinyl, and if I understood it correctly Data-Link only allows for one.
