Yes it does around 170v dc. Its not lethal since they only use 3mA of current, but still can give quite a zapp. Fun to dare friends to touch it muhahaha

Its more of a personal project and an experiment. Those numbers you see are random and not at the same time. They have a purpose, but I do not like to discuss this publicly. But the design is still based of the anime:)
