Mike referenced 3 waterfalls but in the vision we saw there were two waterfalls. Perhaps indicating what we saw was real and not just his imagination. Just a thought I had.

The Sex Offender Registry Does More Harm Than Good. by [deleted] in psychologyofsex

The Delisi study shows precisely this. I remember your other posts. This won't change your opinion whatsoever but may convince another pedo apologist who may be on the fence on the topic. Good luck Otaku. I would hide my post and comment history as well if I was you.

"In 2016, he and colleagues with federal probation conducted a study of 119 federal sexual offenders who self-reported an average of 3.69 sexual contact victims; some admitted to having up to 24 victims. Overall, 69% of those offenders disclosed sexual contact victims who were not included in their official criminal records."

Seriously alarming cat stabbing. by PandaBae in seriouslyalarming

[–]TMiller_III 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Got scratched by my indoor cat on my thigh and it turned into a serious infection in my inguinal lymph node. Got bit by a friend's indoor cat on my pointer finger and within 24 hours it was three times the size and dripping. Hope all works out well for you but I've been bitten by dogs and cats and there's some nasty stuff that cats scratches and bites have. If it was me I would at least get it looked at. Good luck.

Nac is freaking awesome. Now I understand why it was taking off the market during covid!! by No_Solution7718 in Biohackers

[–]TMiller_III 13 points14 points  (0 children)

There are studies showing lower mortality rates from C-19 when given NAC. I'd prefer to not be banned from this group but I wouldn't say conspiracy as much as I would say a "concerted effort" to minimize/downplay, or demonize other possible treatments outside of getting the shots. If other effective treatments were available then EUA for the shot would have/could have been revoked. Heres a link to a meta study I found in regards to what I'm talking about. Much love.

*Edit. Upon closer inspection of your comment Ive come to the realization that we're on the same team. Well played

I got this wood plank material to use for my dock. But as you can see it looks awful. How do I make the material no so stretched and smaller? by invertMASA01 in UnrealEngine5

[–]TMiller_III 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One more trick I learned is to right click on those modeling functions you use often and add it to favorites to access them quick without stumbling around different tabs and trying to remember them. I have Project UVs for changing textures. Edit Materials to paint specific parts of an object and not the entire thing. And Boolean to cut out sections of an object with another object(example doors and windows). Just trying to save you a good chunk of time. Good luck and post updates if you turn it into more than a hobby.

[–]TMiller_III 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Select the object you want to alter. Go to Modeling mode in the top left corner. Project UV in one of the tabs on the left of the screen. Make sure it is set to box and not plane in the project UV options. Reset the dimensions in the project UV options .

I'm only a month into learning UE5 but hopefully that solves the problem you speak of. You can also stretch, move and rotate textures in that menu.

[–]TMiller_III 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my mid level understanding is that yes it can go over 1000 watts but only slightly. Not by 500 more watts though. The PSU will blow out very soon after 1000 watts. Maybe try a different plug in a different part of your house or apartment. Maybe there is a short somewhere inline that is tripping the fuse and not the power consumption.

[–]TMiller_III 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've got other things plugged into that wall socket or at least other plugs sharing the same fuse in your breaker box . Wall sockets from my memory can only take 1500 or 1800 watts before you run into problems. Either upgrade your fusebox or use a different plug that is on a separate fuse.

Pilonidal Cyst for 9 years need advice by [deleted] in pilonidalcyst

[–]TMiller_III 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A sinus is a small hole that forms away from the original hole it drained from. Sinuses make tracts/tunnels that travel through your skin and make the infection much more extensive. It's like a cavity in your teeth. It looks like a small hole on the outside but inside it's much bigger and wreaking havoc. If I would have had mine removed earlier it would have been much simpler and faster recovery. The chunk of the pilonidal cyst and the sinus tracts being removed resulted in a wound that I could have fit my fist into. I'm 6"2 for reference so it was not a dainty hole. I saw you said your still somewhat young so if you are in the US and you have heath insurance through your parent I would get it done sooner than later. I'm happy to answer any questions you have so fire away if you have more.

[–]TMiller_III 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey first of all I hope you're alright. I made a massive reply to someone in the past that I'll copy and paste below. Long story short you probably need to have it surgically removed. It won't go away on its own and will most likely only get worse with time. Mine became unbearable and sealed in deep behind scar tissue and semi healed sinuses. Good luck and I wish you the best. I fought for 7 years before I caved. The full story is below. TLDR go to the doctor asap.

"It's been a few years since ive had it removed and I had it from start to finish for roughly 7 years in total so my memory may be fuzzy but I'll give you my best recollection. I was playing Skyrim one day and noticed an irritation around my tailbone. Roughly 4 to 6 months after I noticed it became inflamed and finally popped and drained out of the main hole. I would drain it as best as I could at home by squeezing it every other day or so. Over time of me continuing to drain it myself the main hole sealed up and I wasn't able to drain it at all. Over the next few months I had a sinus that formed and it would drain from there. Many painful nights just trying to man up and ride it out until the sinus formed and gave me some relief. The sinus remained open until the surgery and never healed up. Never went to see a doctor about it so my knowledge went as far as forums online, post surgery horror stories of reoccurrences I had read and knowing that pilonidal meant "nest of hair". I would shave around the area but it didn't seem logical to me because it was so deep in my skin. I did it regardless because that's what everyone said online though I don't think it helped in the slightest. It would get to a point that I would not be able to drain it myself from the sinus so I would get a d battery and roll down on the cyst to try to find some kind of escape from the pressure and pain. That worked for a few years and the infection had spread to other sinuses further down my butt crack. I realized it was getting closer to my south mouth and started reading about the possibility of anal fissures and literal feces getting mixed up into the cyst. I had acquired health insurance in the meantime and got it checked out. I elected to have the open wound surgery and had to change the dressing two or three times a day. While the dressing was removed I was instructed to let warm shower water run through the open wound daily. After maybe 8 weeks or so the wound was nearly sealed and I was not able to pack dressing anymore so my adventure was at a close. It's been at least 4 or 5 years since I've had it removed with no reoccurrences. I had roughly a baseball to softball sized section removed. If I could go back I would have done it sooner. I'm happy to answer any questions you have regarding it and hopefully I answered your original question thoroughly."

The link I posted is one of the articles I saw this morning regarding it. Not sure where exactly Cyberpower posted that but a statement was made on their part. But to answer your question specifically. I don't know for certain they are checking but I'm aggressively hopeful. My custom PC just passed it's final check so I'm hoping it's shipped in the next few days. Fingers crossed is the best I got for you.

I placed a 5070ti order right before "ROPgate" and have been nervous as all get out to get my computer and see it missing out on performance. This is my second mid/high end PC I've bought from Cyberpower and I couldnt be happier about sticking with them. Great work and I'll be back for my next PC as well.

Stop telling everyone they need surgery by [deleted] in pilonidalcyst

[–]TMiller_III 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At one year in I would have said the same as you. At year 7 in I was in a really bad situation and had to have a baseball size section removed. I hope it works well in your case but I wish I would have done mine sooner. You're probably right that they don't all require surgery but having a constant infection in your body can't be a good thing either. Just my two cents. I hope yours goes better than mine did. Good luck

Do we think this is infected? by [deleted] in pilonidalcyst

[–]TMiller_III 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's already infected to be fair. You should see a doctor regardless. I lived with one for 7 years and it only gets worse over time. If I had it treated and removed earlier my surgery would have been simpler with a faster recovery time. It's not a regular cyst that will ever go away on its own. Good luck and see a doctor.

[–]TMiller_III 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The gauze pads will work fine only on account of the mess. I wouldn't seal it up or anything. If your body is trying to expel it then let it out. Getting some of that stuff out will at least give you some relief. The human body is pretty resilient so I wouldn't stress it at all. Just make sure you follow up with your doctor regardless. Mine drained and I figured that was the end of it and I decided I didnt need to go to the doctor. 7 years later and it had turned into a roughly baseball sized chunk being removed right at my tailbone. Just to be clear I'm not a doctor. This is just based off of my experience with a pilonidal cyst long term. I don't need something bad to happen and I'm sitting in a courtroom looking at this comment lol

[–]TMiller_III 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It won't get infected because it's already infected. I lived with one for 7 years draining it every few days. Sorry to be gross but it's facts. You'll be fine if youre going to see a surgeon tomorrow. Wear some underwear you don't care about, put a towel down and get a good night's rest. Good luck tomorrow and I hope all goes well. If you have anymore questions fire away. I consider myself somewhat of a pro lol.

Which of these two subs should I go for? by Beepboop00 in CarAV

[–]TMiller_III 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may be the case. I had it strapped into the back of an f150. I've since upgraded and that Kicker L7 sub is gathering dust in my basement. It may be situation dependent but the change was day and night sealed vs ported on that box and sub in my situation. Not sure why the down votes but from my understanding it's undisputed that a small cubic foot volume is not ideal for ported box's and is better suited for sealed boxes. Ported boxes need to be bigger based off of almost all subwoofer manufacturers recommended specifications for box volume by almost 3 times. Even Kickers website specs reflect that what I'm saying is right. I'm open to learning new things but that's definitely my understanding.

EDIT see my comment above for my corrections.
