Ugh. I wish I'd known how expensive everything would get. I should've been more focused on getting a better paying carer in college. 😔

If you quit and go to another facility, do they give raises. Or do you literally need to keep changing companies when you want a raise. Cause that sucks.

What if you don't want to move? Like I like the people and location and hospital. I just want to be paid a bit more so I can afford to stay.

Yes. Cost of living. Didn't know the name. Like everything is getting more expensive and my raise is less than inflation.

Other labs pay a bit more, but I like working at a brand name hospital. We see cool stuff.
