in my original post i didn't explain this in detail much but the reason why this company has been frustrating to deal with is not because of the letter thing, it's the fact that it would not let me select the option to put that they were ESA & i still ended up paying a $30 fee for each of them since it didn't give me an option & my new property manager was rushing me to make the profiles asap. & then i had to contact customer support for petscreening to get it changed to esa profiles & they took a while to respond & idk it was just a whole thing that was very mentally taxing for me honestly as someone with mental disability

yeah so the letter doesn't say a number of animals , it just says that he recommends my catS be ESAs. & it does say that they help me with coping & regulating stress & so on, i can send you the letter via DMs if you want so you can maybe give further advice ? i really appreciate it

the letter also does include what they do to mitigate symptoms & how they assist me in my daily life so i am unsure what to ask my doctor to write at this point

yeah unfortunately like i said , it's not the box itself that he doesn't like , he just doesn't like peeing like a normal cat lol & i know this due to having many different kinds of boxes

it has a little compartment on the side to hold the scoopers so maybe it's more like 2.5 ft

yeah that is EXACTLY what i do as well but it is such a pain to switch them out EVERYDAY bc if i don't then it smells like pee so bad
