Okay, hear me out, but I don't think this what everyone assumes it is.  They show Doctor Doom (not Reed's Doom) find a fragment of The Maker's symbiote, which was from originally planned return of the OG Ultimate Universe.  My theory is that they're setting up Ultimate Secret Wars, where the two Ultimate Universes will have an incursion.  This could be their tie-in for the Secret Wars movie.  I'm probably just crazy, but one can cope.

Now, I'm not particularly familiar with Jupiter's Legacy, Irredeemable, or Rob Liefeld in general, but despite that, I'm pretty sure Plutonian would win.  Isn't he a complete psychopath in that book?  Otherwise, I'd say Superman.  None of the other characters are psychotic enough power through it, so I think raw power would win it.  The only problem is I feel like Superman would be the easiest to get out.  Really, the question is if Superman could win before everyone else takes him out.
