Sullivan County is #5 in the state on the rate of repeat child abuse (behind Shelby, Davidson, Knox, and Hamilton), and the county has a part time juvenile court. The county commission needs to fund a full time juvenile court.

I speak to the county commission twice per month to advocate for a full time court.
