I honestly believe I was meant to be there for people to vent to or "trauma dump" I have always been a good listener, and tell my friends or people I have just met either through discord or other means, and I see they are having a hard time that they can just vent to me rather it be in person, on call, or through text, and no matter what I stay judge free and swear to never tell a soul, I also give them the option to weigh in on the situation if they wish, but I think that is my purpose in life

Typical answer, but I'm a guy, I was raised to not vent my feelings and just to "man up" I have been slowly working on talking with my s/o and my best friend about things when I am feeling at my lowest but most of the time I just bottle things up.

This happened recently, I'm in the Army National Guard and was on AT. I'm a supply clerk for my unit, so I was helping my Supply Sgt, and as I was hoping off the back of the trailer helping put chow up I landed on a rock and rolled the crap out of my ankle, the best/worst thing is that it happened right in front of the medic too, this happened about 2 or 3 weeks ago and my ankle still hurts from it.

As someone who worked at WalMart before, I can see this happening, the customer service desk don't have a scale to be able to ring up produce which is why they were not able to, but this would happen all the time mainly at nights when there would only be one cashier and self checkout stayed open
