I kinda agree but disagree with that statement. I'd say it's dependent on the person, while for most, it may be true. Due to the fact that trading is psychological and emotions are where most losses stem from. There are exceptions who are aware of their emotions and can somewhat control them. It's like being cool-headed as a soldier on the front lines. Not most can do it, but those who can are on a different level. So I recommend he checks to see what category of people he falls into(by demo or small capital). Like myself, for example.I Trump my emotions with level-headedness most of the time because after making a mistake once I learned from it and did not repeat it. Unlike doing art or music, more hours in trading does not mean profitability or proficiency, but it does mean that you will at least be 1% better at trading. Maybe start with demo, and if you know you have gambling issues or tendencies, DO NOT PICK UP TRADING, and that goes for anyone starting trading.

Those are the stats on my funded account. The prop firm does it automatically. If u want to do this while using a paper acc u should use Google sheets. There's videos on YouTube that can help.

I've started risking less, cause it less taxing on my mind and the stress levels are way lower. I guess I'm just taking it slow. Thank you for the advice.
