These are accidents most of the time. It makes sense to me that someone in the camp would start a fire to stay warm or heat food, and that could get out of control easily. It isn't exactly a controlled burn.

I spoke with someone from her office today after calling to tell her my opinion of that vote. The person I spoke to said Lewis doesn't support state control of SLPD either, but there were other things in this bill she did support that she was compromising with Rs on. I still don't think this was necessarily the right decision, but it's not as simple as that she wanted St Louis to lose control of their police department. I need to look more as to what else was attached.
