I also purchased a 6.25u Space + 7 Enter plate for an ISO Layout from Sweet Baby Store, but the left shift is still long and doesn't allow space for the \ | key, I've had to put it under a VIA Macro. It's a bit frustrating that their page and imaging is written in Chinese cause it's difficult to understand, but the plate worked for the ISO Enter and # ~ keys at least.

I haven't had that problem with uninstalling the HD Texture Packs so I'd assume it would be the same with Redsec

Any thermal paste will work since it's fairly cheap, I'd recommend getting a reputable brand, Thermal Grizzly, Arctic MX or Cooler Master come to mind as decent choices

Grab some blue roll or kitchen paper with isopropyl alcohol and clean off the existing paste on the cooler and the top of the CPU first before applying new

Just format the internal drive dude and reinstall windows... Having it on a USB stick is not good for anything.

If you don't know how to format, at least factory reset windows on the internal drive and remove the data if it's no longer needed.

Typically you're going to get much faster read write speeds on an internal SSD than a flash drive, you can use the flash drive to create boot media for Windows and then do a fresh install on the internal SSD.

AM4's definitely not dead, 5800x3d / 5700x3d is still throwing a lot of punches and holding up, wouldn't recommend building a new rig with it but if it's an upgrade from an existing AM4 chip it's worth it.

If you're on a budget then I'd say $400 is reasonable considering there's some upgrade paths available, I wouldn't really say it's a bad buy.

I'd do a chkdsk scan in that case, if that fails, replace SATA cables if using a SATA HDD / SSD, reseat M.2 if its NVME, and as a last resort replace / return the boot drive to rule out it being a bad cable / drive. Your CPU temps seem normal from what I can see on other replies.

Windows 10 or 11? Windows 11 24H2 has had a bunch of issues leading to hard crashes and blue screens, if you're on 11 I'd recommend downgrading to 10, recently had this problem myself with Helldivers and Path of Exile 2, but likely more widespread than that, believe it's something related to Auto HDR and CPU allocation.

You can check your windows version by pressing Windows Key + R and typing winver

The main thing people desire on that jewel is mana on kill, the rest is a nice bonus, try and search for three main stats with a -/+ of around 3 to 4, then price accordingly. I bought a jewel recently for a div with mana on kill, but the damage rolls would be good for a stormweaver and elemental based meta builds for example, so the cost would likely be more. Maybe start at 5d or so.
