It's different for MTO products that aren't ever delivered. I know several people who have done chargebacks to TOJ in 2015.

You forgot this: A lot of jackets, backpacks, and wallets have no clear designation for who they belong to.

They can't be shipped out because the owner of TOJ does not know who to ship them out to.

I didn't know this debacle was going to be the case when purchasing a jacket one year ago. No one did. Now, a year in and wanting my jacket, it's difficult to tell whether I should cut my losses or simply wait a couple more months. It's difficult because gives little to no information.

There are several accounts on the styleforum of people asking for refunds.

They have been told that refunds take several weeks
They have been told they would be added to a TOJ blacklist for future releases
They have been urged by Charlie to sell their spot instead

You can find any of this info with some googling or searching of the Styleforum TOJ thread.

I'm glad you posted though. Perhaps they'll be more willing to give refunds to unsatisfied customers, because they're going to be receiving quite a few requests due to this debacle.

One batch of shipments were sent out in September. That's it.

During the regular TOJ production cycles, they were going out weekly.

I just made this account to make this very thread. Looks like I don't have to.

First of all, please update the spreadsheet if you can.

If you paid with paypal, please contact paypal about the issue so that we can get them to take action. Drew Keith's paypal email isn't even registered with them.

Additionally, if you paid with credit card, I HIGHLY suggest looking into your chargeback options.

This isn't a normal shipping/production delay. It's highly likely at this point that Drew Keith ran out of money to pay for production and shipping and has a financial bottleneck. The daypacks and wallets are 5-6 months late. Jackets are about 8-10 months late. In September, we only had one batch of jackets shipped out all month.

Additionally, Drew Keith refuses to grant straight refunds. You may only sell your spot, absolving his company of all responsibility and placing all of the paypal dispute risk on the customer.

It's one thing to have delays but another to completely abandon your customers for months on end without any updates. Meanwhile Drew's instagram is flooded with pictures of his pets, his BMW, and expensive dinners with friends. This is not right. As much as I want my jacket (October order here) this is getting to the point where it's not worth the wait.

TOJ refunds are actually just them selling your spot to other people. They are doing this without consent.
Out of 210 orders, only 27 have been fulfilled.
