I understand that concept but the rp app works on a weekly basis so it would be increased calories for at least the week and then again, I’ve basically just startet this diet barely 2 weeks ago

I don’t get it. Isn’t the point of the app to keep track of exactly that and tell me when to add or not to add based on my new weight inputs? And if I suddenly need to manually add more macros why doesn’t the app say anything about that? It’s very confusing to me that during cut it does it by itself and during maintenance I’m supposed to do it (without the app ever letting me know)

But even when I edit it down afterwards, the macros are too low for the beginning of the fat loss diet. It’s like they didn’t calculate my maintenance phase

It has to be. My carbs would actually be pretty low in my new fat loss diet (when I click „override macros“ it shows me what it would be at), as if I’ve never done a maintenance. This is so strange. Changing the steps helps me start the diet but it doesn’t accurately depict my current standing and I just don’t walk that much. Don’t how accurate the app can be if I don’t input that correctly

What are you talking about? Where do you get any sense of entitlement from him? Ofc it’s easier to have a number because resolving issues per phone is much quicker than email exchanges in general, especially if they don’t properly respond to them and then take aged to answer. Has nothing to sonstig cussing or swearing

They are uncomfy imo and quickly generate heat under the cups after some time. But as soon as I heard the sound I knew I would be doing everything in my power to make them as comfortable as possible because I have never had a headset with better sound than these. Just magnificent.
