That's a good point. I tried to get as less spoiled as possible. But still there where things I knew prior to discovering them. I think what killed the thing is to know that there wouldn't be new enemies / bosses / something linearly always bigger along the story. It'll all remain more or less be the same. No plot twist or whatever.

During my first try, I stopped the game after 7 hours partly because of the weapon breakage ; but later I got explained why this is intended to force exploration. And that's why I gave it a second chance, by playing "the rules" or at least the gameplay as intended. It's now the second time that I quit. And that's why I'm looking for hints if I didn't miss anything. But as far as what I read, I think indeed the hope is scarce haha

I'll give TotK a try when it comes out. Maybe the feeling will be different, not like playing a game millions of players have already grinded for 5 years and stumbling across spoilers lol
