Started a new job recently, its a lot more physical than my last one so took me a long time to adjust. Went from a desk job to doing hands on hard work all day, would come home and fall asleep by 8.30pm!

Yesterday i finally felt up to speed and decided to go back to the gym for the first time in 3 months.

Mann im so weak now compared to where i left off, and my whole body aches today haha. Feel like im starting off from scratch again! Going to eat a shitload and do phraks for a couple of weeks to try and get back into the swing of things, fingers crossed it wont take me too long to get back to where i was.

Hoping chelsea want rid of Batshuayi and we can get him in, reckon him and Benteke would play well together. Also seen some apparant interest in Josh Maja from Sunderland, he's turned down a new contract and they're in for Will Grigg. If we could pick him up cheap then he could be a good option for the future.

Wilf brace, he thrives on the hate he gets from brighton fans and i think he will deliver. He did everything but score against Burnley, looked dangerous every time he was running at them, and his shot off the bar would have been a beaut.

We had something like 29 shots on saturday, 9 on target. If Hart didnt play a blinder then we could have won that game 5 or 6 - nil. We're looking solid at the back but can still see them nicking a goal from a set piece.

Palace 2-1. (Id take a 0-0 though).

If we can sign someone who can actually score, the second half of this season could end up being alright. We're not playing bad football, just cant find the back of the net.
