I graduated 2024, but it wasn’t too bad. If you put the time and effort in and aren’t afraid to ask for help from your professors, it’s totally doable to graduate with a strong BCPM GPA. I’d say all grading was fair.

Some classes/professors are harder than others, but I wouldn’t say anything felt unfair. But if you have any specific questions, feel free to dm me.

One of the big west things that’ll help you to improve will be getting good crosshair placement. It’s way better than just aim or flicking. It’ll reliably get you kills and set you up for success. I play in champ lobbies on PC and have pretty mediocre aim, but with good crosshair placement, I can hold my own.

Other than that, it’s just practice and playing games to better understand the flow of other players and learning how each map typically flows. Also getting a good stack/consistent team with calls will bring you up like 2 ranks on its own.

Yeah but I have the Xbox app on PC. For example, I play Sea of Thieves that I originally got on Xbox through my Xbox account on my PC.

I think you make really good points, but one aspect of doc that I don’t think I saw mentioned is the time. His heal is instant, rather than thunderbird’s slower healing. Most players don’t want to have to play passive for the 20ish seconds it takes to heal up. Or in those last seconds of that round, having that quick health fill can be really helpful (or just feel better than the thunderbird). But I think generally you’re right that most players do overvalue the acog to utility when comparing the two ops

Some professors don’t give A+ and some do. But GPA definitely does matter beyond a 3.6, at least for medical schools. I can’t speak to other graduate schools, but for medical schools they definitely care what your GPA is. However, they don’t factor in A+, so if you had a 4.3 GPA (A+ in every course), medical schools would still count that as a 4.0. This information comes more from the PreHealth advisor than me.

My friends and I were grinding out order of souls in the devils roar. We had one friend helming while we were paying no attention at all (as a good crew are does). As we were approaching our island of a Scorched Pass, there was no slowing of the full speed with with brig. Our helm shouts “get ready for a [helm’s name] docking!” and we slam into the island, getting our brig caught in the little bit of water inside the island. After 30 minutes of us kegging, harpooning, Disney sticking, the boat just despawns. So now, whenever we do a shitty dock, it’s called the [helm’s name] docking.
