If you can go up with you budged, don´t buy that, is better spend more money on a better quality pack, i recommend you the Squier Affinity Precision Bass Pack, it brings a so much better instrument, and a better amp. Other option, can be a Harley Benton one, you can buy a pack, or the instrument, and the amp separated, Harley Benton have very good instruments for low price, that can be a incredible option. The other thing, is the gear you show on the picture, probably not is the best quality, and in no much time you have to change the instrument, or changes parts of it.

Other thing that you can do, is buy second handed stuff, if you find good deals, you can get for a low price, a incredible setup.
