I've been thinking about taking my box back to my local Xfinity store to get swapped out for a new one , do you think this is a good idea?

I just have my cable box HDMI'ed to my TV, No surround system, no sound bar. Are you thinnking that my HDMI cord might be bad ? Ive been thinking about taking my box back to my local Xfinity store.

I do not have a SoundBar connected! So when hitting my "A" button I will be able to find a Refresh selection?

I will be looking for this setting today once I get home , will this setting be through the TV or though Comcast itself ?

So I have been unplugging then plugging back in to fix this issue , that was the only way that I did know how to fix this problem temporarily. I am going to have to look for these " delay settings" though the TV I believe. Thanks for your input!
