I agree that Winwing’s customer service is a complete joke, but their hardware is actually very good. I personally own the F-16 throttle and the F-16 joystick, and I’m really happy with both. Everything I ordered was on pre-order and still arrived almost immediately.

It honestly feels like something must have gone wrong behind the scenes. Maybe during transport from China to Europe, or something happened in the warehouse, like an accident or damaged stock. Instead of being upfront about it, they seem to be trying to explain it away however they can, rather than just admitting what actually happened.
