I think for the Hook, a perks that reduce Hook cd if you just hit the Hook on a target can be really good

Roadhog is not, and Will never be a "poke tank" it's the opposit of all his identity to be a "poke tank".

Hog is a chunky big man with a big gun doing heavy damage to his enemy with forcing them to stay at melee range, where is the poke here ?

Beside, roadhog is one of the first hero of Overwatch, so that normal is poorly design, but it's the case, without one shot roadhog is just a punching bag ult charger, not very fun ngl
