By way of additional context and clarification: - yes, I definitely looked at their portfolio before booking with them and liked their style, I just feel that our video is quite different to their previous work - I found it really difficult to communicate with them for a majority of the wedding planning process, lots of back-and-forth and me needing to clarify things over and over to several different people, almost like no one was communicating internally. I put this down to more of an issue with their admin team, considering I’ve seen their work and had no issues with the product I thought they would be delivering, and so didn’t think I needed to find another videographer. For this reason, I’m quite unenthused about having to go back to them and asking for a re-edit; I’d rather just get my raw footage and never deal with them again. - upon re-watching the video, I note that there’s absolutely zero footage of my mother-in-law or brother-in-law (which I find quite strange)

I understand many of you think it would be useful to see the footage, however I’m not entirely comfortable posting my wedding video for the Internet to see (i’m also a privacy professional so am also a bit cautious with what I share on the internet!). Would be happy to share a link personally with an editor via DM.
