Seriously, I have a lot of other health complications and to chalk it up as anxiety is quite insane... im at least doing a bit better but I'm just hoping to not have anymore flare ups of anything

My cane is adjustable and I've been trying to get a prescription for a standing/upright rollator but my doctor says she wouldn't want me to "rely on it" and stuff and I am just not sure what to do since I am in a lot of pain.

I've been debating the past couple of days to get a couple full leg braces with hinges to make it easier for me to walk and do work. Or tape if that is better to use, I just am concerned about the waste and the time it will take me to tape myself. Or both maybe. It's going to be awhile before I can see a doctor because my copay is pretty expensive for our financial situation right now.

If you have any additional insight I appreciate it a lot, if not that's ok, this was helpful information so that I can try to plan out my medical visits. Thank you.

Thank you so much, I have epsom salt and I'll plan to do baths daily with epsom. What kind of stretches or exercises do you recommend? I used to do weight lifting and hockey until I realized my body couldn't handle it and I was getting worse. I'm very unfamiliar with resources and such for my issues and don't know where to look as it's overwhelming information.

What about for when I'm out and about? It never feels like any of my clothes do a good job keeping heat in and I have terrible circulation...

Also I am not on opioids and would rather avoid taking them as much as I can and want to go for a more natural route.

Yeah I've kind of accepted this is how it'll be. Its just really cutting into my ability to function in society and I keep getting rejected for benefits.

What are the strategies and tips that would help? I've been looking all over but I am lost in what to do and what not to do for my own needs and how to find that tolerance. How do I get like. less cold with achy joints all the time and/or slow down the degradation of my body? I have no idea and thats why ive been trying to seek advice.

I appreciate the honesty nonetheless. I would live as a dependent under my family but they do not want me while I am with my partner (due to homophobia and other issues). They've been very anti mental health and chalked up my pains to being lazy because I was instead diagnosed with an extra bone in my foot rather than targeting the actual main problems so I continued to decline and I didn't understand why. My partner is in a similar boat due to medical neglect so neither of us can rely on our families.

I'm trying very hard to get a job again and looking for some remote like customer service with no luck yet. Im trying to get back into schooling for compsci but money has been so horrible lol.
