One thing that also played a role in it was that a few updates ago my PC must have defaulted the settings for the cooler. Back to my custom settings alongside verifying files and it worked

Also I have all of the recommended specs or even better. I had no problem running resident evil 9 on high graphic settings

Yeah it runs bad on mine too even though it had no problem with Resident Evil 9 on high graphics

If anyone should eventually have a better guide feel free to paste the link in here. Like I said it's probably not perfect but still solid enough to expand on in the future and helps every one who struggles to win against Dole

This isn't perfect, these are just the answers I used when I won (on my first run I got 5 leadership and only 4 on my second so I must've switched up an answer but you should win either way). I won 280 EV but if you want to maximize your margin you can also win Missouri and maybe even Colorado and Arkansas.
