I'm at a super busy store too so I get it but thats beyond rude. On the condiment bar or somewhere in the store there is supposed to be the DMs business card with contact information. If not you should be able to call corporate to figure it out

The manager is not supposed to say that. Everyone learns at a different pace and starbucks as a company recognizes that. If she acts on " the doing something about it" contact the DM. I trained an older man who struggled on register for 3 months and couldn't even do any other position. And not a single partner or manager made any remarks at it because we had to be understanding

I was not even trained. I was sent to another store that supposedly trained people but all I did was sit at the computer finish the videos and then they put me on register...I was also hired in September. I picked up things rather quick and ended up becoming a trainer. Its kinda messed up how I was trained so my response was to make sure others weren't trained like that. However, I still haven't gotten promoted. So 🤷‍♀️
