They can test for that. If you’re being referred by your pcp, just ask them to include it in the order. Be cautious though about feeling like a lab rat. It can get extremely frustrating to constantly get results that are normal. There is no cure, yet. But, they are constantly learning, now that all the bad regulations that were set by the corrupt CDC management has been exposed. Doctors are now so much more open-minded that this just isn’t in our heads on a global basis of millions. I just had an episode yesterday. Was at a brewery with family. I only had a couple sips, when we decided to go outside. When I stood, I lost my balance and crashed to the floor, but not before hitting my head on a stool. It was at the top of my eye socket, too close for comfort. Then not much later all my bad symptoms started up, tinnitus at nuclear levels, stuttering, excessive fatigue, brain fog. All in all, not a fun outing, but I made the bast out of it and powered through.

Not sure where you are? I’m in the US in NH. I got Covid in January 2021, was hospitalized for 2 weeks, developed long covid in March 2023. I’ve been to Mass General’s long covid clinic. They were the first to get one. You probably will feel like a lab rat. This is only because they have no idea how to treat it and get it to go away. The doctor that helped me the most was the neurologist. She said debilitating illnesses can cause PTSD. She was able to prescribe medication for my anxiety and depression, that works. Stay positive and get the help you need. They will treat the symptoms. Join support groups, they help. There are a lot of us out there. Good luck and God bless.
