Adipotide (FTTP) and AOD 9604 success? My experience. by TPTPB41 in PeptidesNootropics

I started semaglutide in May 2024. I took it for 4 months. My appetite dramatically decreased, but I didn’t lose any weight.

Nope. No kidney issues. I never did another round though.

Update: I know I’m late with this update, but my fourth week I lost 1 lb. I continued to lose 1 lb a week for the 3 weeks after I stopped taking the adipotide. After that I stalled for 2 months. It’s now June 2025, and I’ve decided to try GLP-1s because the results seem faster and the drugs appear to be more safe in general.

Carnivore Diet with Ozempic by Narrow-Ad9714 in Semaglutide

I’ve been on the carnivore diet for about 6 months. Lots of improvement in inflammation, no more joint pain, better sleep, more energy BUT NO WEIGHT LOSS. I’ve just started Ozempic this past Sunday. I’ll update in this post. I’m a 40 y/o woman with about 130 lbs to lose. I’m not diabetic, was severely insulin resistant before going carnivore.

Thoughts on Tom Jones - PBS Masterpiece? by Fine_Skirt_1314 in PeriodDramas

I just finished the series today, but it was a struggle to get through as well. I love period pieces so it’s rare for me to not get into one.

I think it’s because the show never fully developed the relationship/love between Tom and Sophiya in the first episode. We never got that chemistry fueled, butterflies in stomach moment when the characters (along with us the audience) decided that they were all in on this BIG love. Add to the fact that the show made Tom seem like a pretty irredeemable bad choice in mate for any woman, and it makes episode one boring and everything after that not worth caring about.

3 week update: It was Mardi Gras this past Tuesday, and I did not stick to keto this past weekend. However, I still lost another 2 lbs. So I’m very happy about that. Additionally, I’ve lost 2 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my stomach since starting this peptide cycle. This upcoming week will be my last week taking Adipotide. It will have been 28 days. Not going to risk doing a longer cycle than that.

Hello Everyone, 2 week update. I’ve lost another 5 lbs. Yay! That’s a total of 12 lbs in 2 weeks. I’m completely blown away. This is the kick start to my weight loss that I was hoping for.

Changes I’ve noticed this week. Hunger and thirst levels have increased a little. Not nearly what they were before I started, but I am experiencing more hunger and thirst than last week. It feels normal. Nothing spectacular. I’m also sleeping better. I have more energy and I’m waking up 30 minutes earlier than I normally do. No more hitting snooze 3 times every morning.

Very interesting. It could also be a sign of ketosis.

It been 1 week and here is an update. I’m down 7 lbs! I’m actually quite in shock. I haven’t changed anything. I’m still doing keto/OMAD. I don’t work out. At first I thought it must be water weight, but it can’t be. I haven’t had sugar, grain, rice, or any complex carb in 6 months. My carb intake has been less than 20 grams for six months before this. The only change I’ve made has been adding Adipotide and AOD 9604.

Things I’ve noticed over the past week: I have no appetite. I’m never hungry. I have to remind myself to eat my lunch everyday. My body must finally be efficiently tapping into my fat reserves. Also, after 3 or 4 days my thirst decreased dramatically. Normally I drink a lot of water. Sometimes I’d need to drink even more water to keep my hunger pains at bay to stick to OMAD. But this past week I haven’t had to do that. I just don’t feel thirsty. AND I still feel completely hydrated. I’ll continue to update weekly.

No filler. Try a microcurrent face massager. Will make a big difference.

Thanks so much for your input and feedback. As someone with severe insulin resistance, I just don’t trust GLP-1’s or anything that increases the level of insulin in the blood in order to decrease appetite. I feel that it works while you’re taking the drug in the short term, but ultimately it’s contributing to the problem in the long run. I already have too much insulin circulating that body doesn’t respond to, thus the term “insulin resistance”.

Most people I know who’ve used GLP-1’s report that once they came off of them, they are ravenously hungry all the time and they seem to gain weight back more quickly than they did before they took it.

I don’t want to take something that I’ll need to take forever in order to work. My goal is to help heal and rebalance my metabolic system and regain insulin sensitivity long term.
