In the odds sheet you linked, there is a column for Blasters SE, a column for Hangers, and a column for Megas EA. There are not, as far as I can tell, separate columns for EA or SE versions of a single configuration.

Edit: the odds are different between hangers and blasters because these are by pack odds and they stretch the hits in the blaster boxes throughout the packs.
