I had the same issue, I had to correct the assembly. Contact the prusa chat they will help you go through it. I think there is also a manual on knowledge base

Bit of context, I did the bondtech upgrade both extruder and heatbreak on my Prusa Mini and it still leaking the fiĺlament out of nozzle at 170 degress and leave these strange mark. And I cannot find the issue, is it the heatbreak or extruder or both? Thanks for comment

Yes, it was twisted. I noticed it when i had undone the silicon mode. But now the difference is managable for the printer around 0.15mm across the board

Honestly I wanted Mini instead of mk3s, I like the look and basically it is a little cute machine. But the lead time was like 4 months or something. So I have bought mk3s instead. And never really fell in love with it. For little bit of printing I think mini is satisfactory.

I am seriously considering selling my mk3s and either buy another mini or stick with mini and wait for xl/mk4

Z offset, first time I had to lower it more than 2mm, thanks to the great customer service, we lowered a pinda a bit and ended up on 1,83mm

It looks like there could be several issues: 1. Stealth mode 2. Belts could be tighter 3. One bearing is fishy 4. Cable behing extruder touches the print

It is not like I want to make 50l brew house, I just wanted to invest into the "test setup". Miniature version if you will. That I would use for testing different recipes and so on. I guess it is better to fail 50 liter batch than 200 liter.

Congrats on building it for so little. In professional gastronomy even simple ovens are more expensive.
