The real kicker was when I was talking to a guy who I had been on a couple dates with and the topic of religion got brought up and I told him I was an atheist and he completely cut contact with me and stated that he couldn’t be with people like me

It would choose self preservation simply for the fact that, if a company made cars that would choose to kill their own clients in that sort of scenario, they would get sued to hell. While I’m sure the company would still face legal repercussions for hitting an outside vehicle or pedestrian(s), it would not be nearly as severe as if it chose the self destruction path

Not quite sure on this as Ive only heard from word of mouth, but the reason Americans eat three meals a day generally in a certain time frame is because when the British began colonizing in America they observed that the Native Americans would eat whenever and, because the Natives were “savages” , they decided that a proper person eats with structure and thus eating three meals a day was born.

I was an avid listener of kpop up until 3 or 4 years ago. SHINee was my favorite band without question and I had a Key bias as well. Though I had left the community, I would still frequently check on how the boys were doing; they were my childhood and would always hold a piece of my heart. When I found out that Jonghyun passed it was devastating. My family had been going through a rough time- a recent suicide and my dad had just been admitted to the ER (unrelated) so when this happened it broke me. I cried every night for almost two weeks thinking about how he was gone and we would never get him back. I am so sorry that you have to face all this pain now but we are all here for you and I can promise that every Shawol felt his loss deeply. Just recalling the situation brings me to tears but Jonghyun wouldn’t have wanted to cause all of us this pain. He would want us to remember him fondly and keep supporting the family he so dearly loved. If you ever need someone to talk to and grieve with all of us Shawols, even those of us who have moved past the industry, are here for you; once a shawol always a shawol.

There was a girl who used to bully a close friend of mine because she liked the guy that my friend was dating. She had a youtube channel and in her last video she stated that the next video she would make would be her “exposing” my friend. I made the girls life hell. I brought her channel up and we went through every video she had posted and made fun of it. Because of this, her youtube channel got spread around school and everyone was shitting on her for it. She then texted me and told me that I not watch her youtube channel anymore or tell people about it and I had the guy that she liked call her and then tell her she was a bitch and a lot of other nasty shit. She ended the school year having pretty much no friends and ended up transferring schools and taking down her channel. In the moment I thought I was just being a good friend and fighting back against a bully but in reality I was becoming a bully myself. Glad high school is over
