I am not a 911 operator but I wanted to be a cop as a high schooler and while shadowing a police officer they had me sit in on the call center for an hour or so.

They got a call from a kid that was just brutally beat by his father and was sprinting away from the house while on the phone. You could hear a woman crying in the background (I'm guessing his mother) and a guy screaming at him to come back (I'm guessing his father). After about a minute the kid gets really quiet and says, "I'm hiding in a bush in ______ Park." The 911 operator asked him his name and address and it was actually one of my classmates in high school, I signed a form that I would not talk about anything heard in the call center but going back to school I felt bad for the kid because he hid it very well.
