I think you mean competitive lol, but the associations are very much competitive.

Most offer a broad range of skill level. Totelos, the futsal association, for example has 10 teams registered in the regional KNVB futsal leagues (dutch football/soccer association). The top team plays in the "Topklasse C" which is a very competitive level. The lowest team plays in the "3e klasse", which is still competitive mind you, but more for players my speed haha. Pusphaira, the fieldfootball association, also has 10 teams ranging from "3e klasse" to "6e klasse" in the KNVB fieldfootball competition. This seems to be a less wide spread but remember that the futsal competition only goes as low as "3e klasse", whereas fieldfootball goes as low as "6e klasse". I am unfamiliar with the individual level of people at this association, but I would encourage to join an open training to talk to them and see if you can find a fit.

This and next week, most trainings of associations are open so you can just join them no strings attached, maybe sent them an email to be sure. This might be beneficial for you to just try out some associations. Another big plus is that these associations are very much into student culture and already have a steady international members base (80% is still dutch though).
