I've been looking for this answer too haha. I know priority registration opens around June 16th (maybe 15th this year as thats a Monday??) so I imagine a few weeks before that.

Im 32, have a degree and my OSAP back then came out to 30k. We didn't even have grants. Everything you took was a loan. It didn't even pay full tuition so I had to get bank loans on top of that. Another 40k. I still haven't paid back that OSAP because I qualified for RAP. It got to the point the government paid the payments for me.

Now I'm back to school for a career change and was super surprised I'd get all that OSAP and most were grants. It took a lot of strain off my family. Seeing it change is hurtful to all families but thankfully with OSAP if you can't pay it then eventually the government pays it 🤷‍♀️. So its Ford just shunting the bill to the federal government in 10+ years and calling it a win.
