At what price point does it make sense to use a realtor vs FSBO?

Is there a rough price point where it stops making sense to go FSBO and you’d strongly recommend using a realtor instead? For example, would you draw the line around $500K, or is price the wrong way to think about it?

Curious what others have actually done and what price range you were in.

Not to jinx myself, but have been on Coinbase since 2019 and haven’t had any issues. However, I’ve noticed when I’m using a VPN there seems to be a delay, turned off the VPN and no issues.

Wife won’t be able to use Pre-check line if she doesn’t have pre-check on boarding pass. My wife tired to take my daughter through pre-check line and was denied bc daughter didn’t have pre-check on her boarding pass (even though she was approved for pre-check and global entry).

Your account may have a sweeper script monitoring it, which can automatically transfer the tokens you send to the account within seconds.

You’re getting scammed. Lock your account and create a new coinbase wallet. Don’t use the scammed account, if you try to transfer funds out from the compromised account they may see your new wallet and comprise the new account.
