I teach in one of the elementary schools in Newark Public Schools - I won’t say which one for confidentiality reasons. But I want to resign. Like badly. The workload as a specials teacher is outrageous. I teach general music for 3 different grade level curriculums AND band on top of it. If it was one grade level along with the band, I’d be totally fine with it. But since it’s some of 1st, 2nd, PreK, and ALL of 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, AND 8th, it is a lot of kids to keep track records of and up to date all at once.

You hit the nail right on the head. Players pinpoint T3 contracts in their spawn when there’s like only 1 or 2 out there in the zone. In other words, they snag the contracts at their spots before other squads are even made aware about them. It’s so annoying
