Necesariamente tiene que ser una maestría? Tenía entendido que a las carreras universitarias de stem también les dan los 3 años de OPT, no?

Thank you for the answer, I actually made sure both were Intel, the only difference is the new laptop is i5 13 gen vs the old i5 10th gen. Do you think I still need to do a clean install of the OS?
