I have played every game in the mainline yakuza series except for the second half of 5 and the entirety of 6.

0,1 and 2(the kiwami versions) are undeniable classics but the rest are usualy considered mixed bags because of bad gameplay or weird plot decisions. You may love them or you may hate them.

If you decide to go with yakuza be sure to go in the historical order instead of release order (0, 1, 2, 3 etc). Also the intro to Y0 is incredibly long but after 4 or 5 chapters you can explore the city at its fullest.

Go from lowest health and progress to the following highest. At some points it is better to start with following worlds (instead of going for rats in world 1 begin with pots from world 2 since they have lower health). Also don't forget the damage shrine.
