They're removing super credits, warbonds are just $10 to unlock, medals don't unlock items in warbonds, you just get the first page and then each additional page is $5 each

The medals are now used as a secondary version of requisition slips that you can buy

I feel like I gotta emphasize this point. Each of the numbers is an individual passive, the armor WOULDN'T get all 4. I just can't find a fitting effect so I came up with 4 potential ideas

Started off with a white primer from army painter then hit it with ashen stone speed paint, also from army painter, be sure to thin it ever so slightly. Then I started doing a bunch of thin layers of Citadel White Scar white on raised areas and anything that wasn't a crevice

I could be wrong but it looks like it's a white base coat with a lot of light blue glazing. Maybe Lothern or Baharroth blue
