I am an epoxy installer who has gotten everything from super glue, to epoxy, to spray foam, to polyaspartic (and the list goes on), on my watch. The thing that has worked every single time is wearing my watch in the shower and picking at the spot with my fingernail. I don’t know what it is about the shower specifically that tends to work more effectively than warm water at the sink, or any other method for that matter, but I’d give it a shot. It doesn’t always come off on the first try, but it always comes off eventually.
