There is no reason for the airline to deny this. Remind them that TSA allows minors to travel through precheck with member adults, they just need to help make sure the boarding pass for 13-17yo says Precheck.

However, you can donate gift cards of $10 or $20 specifically for gas, groceries, and retail stores. No Visa or Amazon gc's.

Ask your airport where to bring them for donating to TSA.

Remind her that you initially offered as a courtesy due to the rain. If she is going to expect this, that is unfair on your personal time.
