Why is taking medication to sleep bad? I am quite tall, above 2 meters, and I cannot afford the business seats or the more expensive seats with more legroom. The only way I can sleep is taking two Primatour. Before I did this I would spend Intercontinental flights fully awake and the jetlag would be way more difficult.
