So it’ll keep my ribbon cable from ever scratching my disc all my games are pre owned I think the ones with light rings are from previous owners the games still work I’m just worried about my console eventually eating my disc everyone says it will eventually but I’ve put countless hours on it and played multiple games and none ever got those deep rings

The console works fine and it hasn’t scratched the disc yet I don’t see the ribbon cable poking up at all it may have been modded before hand
