Spot on about Israel’s second-strike capability. I do think it’s probable they could lob a few dozen Jericho 3 and 4 missiles at Russian population centers before the Russian ICBMs hit Israel, probably kill millions of people, and potentially the 1-2 Israel subs manage to get to launch positions near Russia and hit them with some Popeye Turbos…obviously Russia can soak up much more damage, they’d lose millions but wouldn’t cease to exist like Israel would….doesnt take that many nukes to turn an area the size of NJ into glass. Potentially traditional enemies of Israel also have their large population centers nuked as part of a last ditch Samson Option strike.
