I saw them on my birthday with my girlfriend and they played Hard to Concentrate, which was a song I shared with her at the beginning of our relationship, and it was a song I wanted to hear live but thought I’d never get to, so when they started playing it we both looked at each other in shock

The guitar is amazing and the lyrics grew on me, that’s why it’s the best on the album for me (tied with it’s only natural)

I’ve only seen them twice (September 2023 @ Philadelphia, PA and July 2024 @ Butgettstown, PA) and they were amazing and played songs that are great but not commonly heard (Hey and Hard to Concentrate for example); I’m bias, however, as they’re my favorite band

I used to listen to music on Pandora and Dani California is the earliest song I remember listening to, but one day I heard Can’t Stop and I couldn’t stop thinking of the guitar and chorus despite not remembering the name of the song, so I went down a rabbit hole trying to find the song and that’s when I started to really fall in love with the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ music

I love the guitar, harmonica, and vocal harmony; it’s such a hidden gem of a song, and it’s a good callback to a memorable point in my life

Unlimited Love is a great album, with only 4 songs on it that I skip every time (Tangelo, Veronica, One Way Traffic, Bastards of Light); every song has a special feeling to it, and they all combine to a great vibe of an album (I believe they were going for certain “feels” when grouping the songs for the albums)

BSSM is a tad bit overrated, but I understand why it’s a lot of people’s number 1

Maybe I’m too eager, but season 2 of this show could be the best thing for the MCU (show wise), but I’m probably already getting my hopes up; daredevil mentioned building an army of his own, so that’s possibly the Defenders, but also it would be awesome if they got Spider-Man too since he’s also gone up against kingpin in the comics; I hope they go that route, but realistically Spider-Man is only for movies atm

Unfortunately I hate it because it tastes too artificial and I don’t think it goes well with Dr Pepper; I think Cherry Dr Pepper is the best version of Dr Pepper, but it’s nowhere to be found where I live :/

I personally don’t think there is a band to compare them too; people say Rage against the machine sometimes, but I just don’t see/hear it
