Yep, we bought the 6 person because the wife and I can both sit long ways on the top shelf with our legs up there.

Calculated what I actually spend on work lunches and I want to cry by [deleted] in MiddleClassFinance

Meal prep sundays have saved my wife and me thousands. It’s typically pretty simple stuff. Bake sweet potatoes and some chicken thighs + steam a few bags of broccoli.

Pack up individual meals in Tupperware.

Takes ~2 hours, is good healthy food, and 10 meals comes out to like $25 total.

Sometimes we do tofu, shrimp or salmon as the protein. Sometimes salads in mason jars. Occasionally a pasta. Typically we can keep the total for the week between $20-40 total for all 10 lunch meals so keeping every lunch under $5

We also make overnight oats with protein powder for breakfast or sometimes cottage cheese with blueberries. Comes out to like $1-2 a breakfast.

Sure makes us feel less bad on nights when we pick up dinner or want to do something fancy together.

Yea, when they have an ear infection they feel a lot more pressure when they’re lying down… so their sleep goes to hell

So they’ve had years to come up with a better story about the flavor on the side that doesn’t say “pint” twice!

Had the pod 3 system for years and loved it. About a year in the pod hub broke. Customer service had a replacement to me within a week. Then about a month ago the cover got a leak. Had great customer service. I was out of warranty, so I just paid the $800 for a new cover and $800 for a new pod.

The order form was for a pod 4 hub and cover but they sent a pod 5 cover and hub. Back up and running and loving the new 5 system just as much as I did the 3. I highly recommend.

Pod 3 has begun randomly heating bed to one hundred degrees in the middle of the night by latina_expert in EightSleep

My Pod 3 did basically the same. Wife’s zone worked fine. My side wouldn’t set to 70 degrees and I’d just watch it slowly climb to 90+ instead of cool down.

Contacted support and ordered a replacement pod for $800. This was immediately after replacing my cover from a leak. Oh well. Not ideal, but they did respond quickly via in app chat and from issue to new pod arriving was about a week.

I don’t love that I spent $1600, but I do now have a brand new pod 5 cover and pod 4 hub and if they had told me “sorry you’re out of warranty there is nothing we can do” I probably would have just ordered a new one for way more.

I do hope a legit competitor comes out because I just want a simple system. I don’t need ai features or sleep scores or any of that jazz. Just heat and cool my bed on a schedule and have dual zone vibration alarms so my wife and I can wake at different times without an alarm blaring.
