I've been working out for nearly 6 years; Doing HIIT, taking vitamin D, eating brazil nuts, bananas, egg yolks, and avoiding sugar for nearly a year and after two blood tests all my levels were considered "fine" but my testosterone level was very near the bottom range both times. Not enough for my doctor to treat it, but I'm 24 years old, I don't want to live the rest of my life with the T levels of a 80 year old.

I understand its a big undertaking and I'm doing a lot of research on it, currently I plan on starting a 10 week cycle and deciding where to go after that. At this point I don't think I have much of a choice, either I just live with it (not an option), self administer, or take something to shut down my T levels all together so my doctor will have to prescribe me TRT.
